Based on initial observations, the problem found in the comprehensive stage is the lack of time and learning media. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of interactive cough and shortness of breath modules as independent learning media at a comprehensive station base on increase user knowledge and acceptance.
This research uses an experimental one-group pre-test post-test design by using the method of total sampling which involved 33 participants in October and December 2022. The measurement of increasing knowledge in this study was using pre-test and post-test. Meanwhile, user acceptance was measured using the SUS and UEQ questionnaires.
The research results obtained in the cough and shortness interactive module used by comprehensive stage participants were, value of pre-test 57.91 and value of post-test 82.83 with significance tailed 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference in pre-test and post-test. Measurement of user acceptance using the SUS questionnaire is acceptable, on a grade scale get grades of C and the adjective rating which is obtain gets the predicate good. In terms of user acceptance using UEQ, in terms of pragmatic and hedonic qualities it can be well receive. The interactive cough and shortness of breath module get a title above average on category depandability and novelty, it needs to be improve in that

category. Over all the interactive cough and shortness of breath module can help participants to increase their knowledge and be well receive.
