Learning achievement is a series of sentences consisting of two words, namely achievement and learning, where the two words are interrelated and have different meanings. An achievement will not be achieved if we carry out activities not seriously, such as turning the palm of the hand. Achievements are obtained from persistent struggle, dispelling various obstacles, accompanied by tenacity and optimism.Learning achievement is a measure of success in the learning process which provides an overview of the extent to which students understand the knowledge they acquire at school . the achievement of learning achievement in economics subjects that one wants should know a number of things that affect learning achievement itself. Broadly speaking, the factors that affect learning achievement in economics subjects, namely factors that come from within the student (internal factors) and factors that come from outside the student's self (external factors). Factors that come from within students include psychological factors such as self-efficacy , learning motivation, attitudes, interests, locus of control , and study habits. While factors that come from outside the student's self, namely, natural environmental factors, socio-economic factors, teachers, teaching methods, subject curriculum, facilities and infrastructure (learning facilities).
This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on student achievement in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Tambang , analyze the effect of learning facilities on student achievement in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Tambang . Type of research used is descriptive research f, research This done at school Intermediate On Country 1 Mine. Quantitative data types are primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from other sourcesconcerned form response student to questionnaire given , and secondary data obtained _ _ from the teacher in the form mark test student in learning economy . The population in this study was 136, the sample was taken using a proportional random sampling technique by drawing lots of samples totaling 100 students . Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaire / questionnaire And documentation . The data analysis technique in this study was frequency distribution analysis using the mean score and Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis operated through the SmartPLS program .
The research results show:1) Self-efficacy has a significant effect on student achievement in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Tambang, it can be seen that the mean score (ms) is 3.158 which lies in the range 2.50 – 3.24 in the good category. The higher the student's self-efficacy, the higher the student's learning achievement. And conversely, the lower the student's self-efficacy, the lower the student's learning achievement , 2) Facilities Study learning has a significant effect on student achievement in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Tambang, it is known that the mean score (ms) is 3.121 which lies in the range 2.50 - 3.24 in the good category. The better the learning facilities, the higher the student achievement. The worse the learning facilities, the lower the student achievement.

For this reason, students must be able to complete assignments, motivate themselves to take the necessary actions in completing assignments, believe that they are able to try hard, persistent, and diligently in any case, believe that they are able to face existing obstacles and difficulties, 2 ) Facilities Study At school it is necessary to pay attention because the better the existing learning facilities, the higher the learning achievement of students. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to student learning facilities such as a good learning space or place, adequate lighting, complete learning furniture, efficient learning equipment. And students must also be able to take advantage of existing learning facilities both at school and at home to obtain good learning achievements , 3) Research This This can be used as reference material for future researchers in conducting research on student achievement to find out the factors that influence student achievement other than those examined in this study.
