The research and development stage begins with analysis (analyze) the results of the analysis show that so far the media that is often used is ordinary powerpoint, there is no media that is able to meet the needs in the teaching and learning process such as the existence of materials, learning videos, examples in the form of pictures and exercises that interesting. Every student has an Android and a tablet, but they cannot be used for studying because there are no special learning applications that can be used. Students are always required by the teacher to understand, be able to analyze and be able to solve difficult problems. While the majority of students are lazy to do learning, especially reading material because they are considered bored and find the material difficult to understand. In this case, the school has provided facilities and an adequate learning environment to support learning activities, it only depends on whether the teacher is able or not to use these facilities properly. The series of needs analysis is evaluated with relevant theories, so it can be concluded that students and teachers need learning media that can help meet students' learning needs, increase student learning motivation in accordance with curriculum demands and are supported by existing facilities. Needs analysis data becomes a reference for the next stage, namely at the design or planning stage. The media is designed directly using the help of Microsoft Sway and Wordwall, media pages are equipped with developer and mentor profiles, materials, video materials, sample images, other information links such as news, and practice questions. This Microsoft Sway-based learning media can only be used online. Development is carried out to provide excellence and make a difference to other learning media. Media products that have been made are then validated by 2 media experts and 2 material experts. After going through the evaluation and improvement process several times, the media is finally fit for testing. The limited trial found that students' learning motivation increased after learning to use Microsoft Sway-based learning media. This is proven based on the results of a limited trial, there were 21 students with a high level of learning motivation and

12 students with a moderate level of learning motivation. The percentage between the pretest and posttest, namely the pretest of 18.8% which has high learning motivation and the posttest of 63.63% which has high learning motivation. Practicality and usefulness tests were carried out through an analysis of student and teacher response questionnaires to the use of media. The results obtained were that there were 24 students with a percentage of 72.72% of students who stated that the Microsoft Sway-based media used had a high level of practicality and was useful in learning while 9 other students stated that the level of practicality and usefulness of using media was in the middle group. Students and teachers really appreciate the existence of media and hope that all subjects will also use interesting media such as learning media based on Microsoft Sway. Learning media based on Microsoft Sway is recommended for use by students and teachers in learning, especially to increase student learning motivation. In this media development research, there are material limitations where learning applications only have 1 material, namely business entity material. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to develop more interesting media and upload them to the Play Store for a wider range of uses.
