ABSTRACT
PT. Energi Mega Persada (EMP) Bentu Tbk, an independent oil and upstream company with offices in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT. EMP Tbk has operations starting from the Indonesian Archipelago. This research was conducted at Mega Persada Energy Company (EMP) Bentu LTD Pekanbaru Jalan Jendral Sudirman. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work ability on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 80 employees of the Bentu Pekanbaru Energy Mega Persada (EMP) company. The sample in this study was the entire population, namely 80 people. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant and significant effect on employee work productivity, work ability has a significant and significant effect on employee work productivity and for the variables work motivation and work ability have a positive and significant effect on productivity employee work.
