Analisa Manajemen Risiko Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (Simrs) Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Menggunakan Iso 31000

ABSTRACT
The Mental Hospital of Tampan is the only hospital that deals with mental health class A in Riau Province. The hospital has been using the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) since 2013 to help implement the hospital business process. The SIMRS application was named for Pilar Hospital and is managed by the SIMRS Installation Unit, which handles all hospital technology-related needs. However, the use of technology can not be separated from the presence of risk. Risk is the uncertainty that arises due to an action or failure of management. This research is done to find out the risk analysis results to provide suggestions that help stakeholders minimize the impact of each risk. The method used in this research uses the ISO 31000 framework that focuses on applying a management system. The stages include communication and consultation, establishing context, risk assessment, and risk treatment. The results obtained by conducting interviews and questionnaires to 6 stakeholders in the SIMRS Installation found 25 risks, divided into 9 medium-risk and 16 low-risk categories. The risk treatment proposed through risk mitigation and sharing can be used as a material of consideration in preserving information technology assets in the future.
