This study aims to find out PAffect Parents' Income and Learning Achievement on
Students' Interest in Continuing to College. The thing behind this study is that
student interest in continuing to college is still low. This study was included in a
survey study with respondents as many as 61 students using proportional random
sampling techniques. Data were obtained by questionnaire and documentation,
then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, where previously
normality tests, linearity tests, and multicoloniarity tests were carried out. The
results of the study found that most respondents turned out to have an interest in
continuing to college, including the medium category. Of the two influencing
factors, namely the level of parental income and learning achievement, it turns
out to have an effect both partially and simultaneously on students' interest in
continuing to college. Thus, students' interest in continuing to college is not only
determined by the size of their parents' income, but also the learning achievement
factor also determines students to continue to college.
