Transportasi is a very important means in everyday life and also plays an important role in the economic development of societ, Transportation supports the process of moving people and goods from the point of origin to the destination more easily. In this modern era technological developments have progressed very rapidly,as well as the development of online businesses that require transportation services to deliver goods to the destination address, one of them is using the J&T courier service to deliver goods from the delivery location to the destination. J&T is a large company engaged in shipping and logistics in Indonesia. J&T as a large company certainly has extensive branches spread throughout Indonesia, Including the J&T branch in Pekanbaru City. The city of Pekanbaru as the city center in Riau is experiencing an increasing buying and selling business development, so that J&T has an important role in business development. Courier services are used as a source of income. Investments incurred in the field of transportation require substantial costs, so it is necessary to carry out research studies. The purpose of this study is to determine the driver’s income. The purpose of this study is to determine the driver’s income. Package delivery places are 11 locations with a total of 85 respondents. The method used in collecting data is a direct interview method by asking several questions on a questionnaire sheet. The data needed are investment data, operational costs, fixed costs, income and services. From the results of the financial feasibility analysis research on J&T drivers, the average value is obtained, namely an IRR of 6.73%. The average NPV value is IDR 29,471,154. The average BCR value is 1.91. The average BEP value is IDR 171,545. Average income IDR 3.954.000,-/month. The income mentioned above from the Pekanbaru City Minimum Wage (UMK) in 2023 is IDR 3,319,023.16-/month and the length of return on capital is 5.8 months, Based on financial analysis that has been carried out for courier service delivery work, it is declared feasible to run.
