Perencanaan Enterprise Architecture Menggunakan Framework Togaf Adm Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Riau

Enterprise architecture planning aims to plan or manage all aspects of IS/IT and business processes in an agency or company. The Riau Province Tourism Office is one of the agencies that is a factor in economic growth and regional development which plays a role in managing tourism resources and promoting tourist destinations. However, the challenges faced by the Tourism Department are that system implementation is not optimal and there is a lack of integration between systems. This research is used to plan and design an enterprise architecture that suits the needs of the Riau Province Tourism Office. Enterprise architecture planning at the Riau Province Tourism Office uses the TOGAF ADM framework. The results obtained from this research are recommendations regarding integrated IS/IT to support performance at the Riau Province Tourism Office, namely information systems for tourist attraction facilities and infrastructure, employee management systems, licensing service systems, and financial reporting systems.
