Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia PT PJB Dan PJB Service Di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tenayan Kota Pekanbaru
This research background by the fact that there are still many employees of the Tenayan Steam Power Plant (PLTU) in Pekanbaru City who have not participated in training and development. Then, the limited training and development budget has resulted in limited employees participating in training and development.
The research purpose was to analyze the implementation of training and human resource development for PT PJB and PJB Service at the Tenayan Steam Power Plant (PLTU) Pekanbaru City and to identify obstacles in implementing training and human resource development for PT PJB and PJB Service at Pembangkit Steam Powered Electricity (PLTU) Tenayan, Pekanbaru City. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory phenomenological approach. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis method.
The results of this research indicate that the implementation of training and development of human resources at PT PJB and PJB Service at the Tenayan Steam Power Plant (PLTU) Pekanbaru City is well characterized by PT PJB and PJB Service PLTU Tenayan collaborating with PJB Academy in training and developing competent employees in power generation. Then, the suitability of the materials and methods provided as well as employee participation in a good learning process. Then, the obstacles in implementing training and developing human resources for PT PJB and PJB Service at the Tenayan Steam Power Plant (PLTU) Pekanbaru City are budget limitations, difficulties in adjusting schedules, lack of evaluation and assessment of effectiveness, and difficulties in adapting the material to employee needs..
