Hubungan Power Otot Tungkai Terhadap Keterampilan Shooting Sepakbola Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu

This research aims to look at the relationship between leg muscle power and soccer shooting skills in the extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. This type of research is correlation, namely relationship research or (associative) can be in the form of symmetrical, causal (causal) relationships with data collection techniques using tests. The population in this research were extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The sampling technique used total sampling, so the number of samples in this study were 22 extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The research instruments used were the leg muscle power test with the standing broadjump and the Shooting At The Ball test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the correlation value of leg muscle power with the results of shooting at the ball. Based on data analysis and discussion, the authors conclude that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and football shooting skills in extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a value of rcount = 0.531 > rtable = 0.423.
