Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)/Non ASN Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Riau
The Riau Province DPRD Secretariat has an important position in supporting performance starting from planning, administrative processes, preparatory arrangements, to implementing all DPRD member activity agendas, which are facilitated by the DPRD secretariat. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN)/Non ASN employees at the Riau Province DPRD Secretariat and identify inhibiting factors in employee performance. The theory used in Bangun’s theory using 5 indicators, namely: Quantity of work, Quality of work, Punctuallity, Attendace, and Ability of work together. This research uses descriptive analytical qualitative research. With data collection tachniques, namely observation interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that the performance of State Civil Appratus (ASN) and Freelance Daily Staff (THL) employees in the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council of Riau Province was quite satisfactory or quite good and did not have significant differences although there were still deficiencies in them such as in understanding or employee abilities and work ethic, work discipline and commitment that are not optimal in carrying out their duties. So that employee performance can run more optimally and maximally, various factors and needs must be improved to achieve better performance.
