Kesiapan Berwirausaha pada Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak
The purpose of this study are, 1) To determine the level of entrepreneurial readiness in students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency.
2) To determine the variation of entrepreneurial readiness in students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang based on parents' occupation and 3) To determine the variation of entrepreneurial readiness in students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang based on parents' income.
This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Descriptive research is an approach that is done to determine the value of independent variables, either only has one variable or more (stand-alone variables). The sample in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency, totaling 63 people. The sample technique in this study used the Cluster Sampling technique in sampling.
Validity test with a critical r value of 0.361, which was obtained from 30 students of class XII SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru. Of the 35 statements
tested, 3 statements were invalid and 32 were valid. Researchers discarded 3 statements only, because they did not affect other statements so that 32 statements were used for research. In accordance with the reliability test analysis using the SPSS program (Stastistical Product and Service Solution) Version 22.0 to find the Cronbach's Alpha value, and obtained the average value is 0.940 which means there are 32 valid questionnaire statement items, to be used as a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire in research on entrepreneurial readiness in students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang District Tualang Siak Regency.
Based on the results of the analysis of entrepreneurial readiness in students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang District Tualang Siak Regency as a whole indicator with a mean value of 3.87 and a standard deviation of 0.80 with a high category. There is a significant difference based on the occupation of the respondent's parents and there is no significant difference based on the income of the respondent's parents. This proves that parents' jobs can determine the difference in respondents' entrepreneurial readiness and parents' income cannot determine a significant difference in respondents' entrepreneurial readiness.
