Analisis Produksi Usaha Penggilingan Bakso Perspektif Syariah Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2021

This study aims to analyze raw materials, capital, labor, and an understanding of sharia that have a positive and significant influence on the production results of the meatball mill business in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2021.
This research was conducted in Rokan Hulu Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly by researchers from meatball milling entrepreneurs. The method used is regression analysis with the Cobb – Douglas function model.
The results of this study showed that capital, raw materials, and Labor had a positive and significant effect on the production of meatball milling. Meanwhile understanding of sharia has a negative and significant effect on the production of meatball milling. It can be concluded that the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 97.31%, while the remaining 2.69% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
