Evaluasi Penanganan Drainase Dengan Kolam Retensi Di Wilayah Bagian Timur Kota Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
In general, the physiographic conditions of Pangkalan Kerinci District are sloping areas or lowlands and swampy areas. The lowlands in Pangkalan Kerinci District are generally influenced by the tides of the Kampar River, resulting in floods occurring at any time. The object of this research is the eastern part of Pangkalan Kerinci City which currently frequently experiences flooding when the rainy season arrives, apart from the condition of the area which has lowlands and swamps, there are problems that arise due to drainage not functioning optimally so that rainwater cannot be collected and flow. as it should be. The aim of this research is to analyze the maximum daily rain discharge for the effectiveness of retention ponds as a treatment for drainage that causes flooding in the eastern region of Pangkalan Kerinci. In planning this retention pond, various methods are used. After the rainfall data passes the Consistency Test, an Outlier Test is carried out on the rain data to find out where there is data that deviates from the two threshold limits. After that, distribution suitability testing was carried out using the Smirnov Kolmogorov Test and Chi Square Test. Next, an analysis of the planned flood discharge was carried out using the Rational method and the Mononobe method. After all the planning and approach analyzes are completed, the percentage of effectiveness of the retention pond according to the plan is then carried out using the planned volume of the retention pond and the required volume of the retention pond. From this research, by designing a retention pond from a new state, it can be concluded that the flood discharge with a return period of 10 years in the Grand Hotel retention pond with a volume of 29.160 m3, in the first simulation V0 = 29.160 m3 can cut the flood by 2,55 m3/s with a presentation of 15,93%.
