Tingkat Kepuasan Ibu Bayi Dan Balita Terhadap Kinerja Posyandu Ditinjau Dari Tangibles Dan Reliability Di Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu

Posyandu as a health institution at the community level plays an important role in public health interventions, especially in handling nutritional problems and child growth and development. Tanjung Rhu sub-district has quite high cases of stunting, which is closely related to the performance of posyandu in the area. This research aims to determine the performance of posyandu as assessed by the satisfaction of mothers of babies and toddlers, especially in terms of tangible (physical evidence) and reliability (reliability). With quantitative and descriptive methods of consecutive sampling, 130 mothers who used posyandu services in Tanjung Rhu were interviewed, and the data was analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research results show that the reliability dimension has satisfied respondents. Meanwhile, tangible dimensions have yet to satisfy respondents, and what needs to be prioritized for further improvement is that the posyandu building looks beautiful and clean, has a comfortable environment, clean toilets, and sufficient water, and has clear signage.
