Implementasi Algoritma Fp-Growth Dalam Analisis Pola Penjualan Pada Toko Rayya Kosmetik
The cosmetics industry continues to thrive worldwide, with numerous cosmetic brands and beauty products being popular among the public. Cosmetic stores serve as the primary destinations for obtaining these beauty products. In the retail business of cosmetic stores, the use of information technology is crucial to support sales efforts in providing quality products and satisfactory services to customers. However, stores often struggle to determine the right business strategies and promotions. In such circumstances, an effective data processing technique is needed by analyzing sales transaction data using the FP-Growth Algorithm. The FP-Growth Algorithm is a method used in data mining to discover frequently occurring association patterns in transaction data. In this study, data processing is conducted using the FP-Growth algorithm, utilizing transaction data from Rayya Cosmetics Store. The analysis results from the data processing reveal an association pattern with a support value of 0,2%, a confidence level of 100%, and a lift ratio of 260, indicating that for every purchase of Omg Peach Glowing Cream, customers tend to also buy Omg Peach Glowing Face Wash. This analysis can be utilized to devise more effective marketing strategies.
