Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is located on the Sumatra route, has a strategic position for tourism development. This district offers rich natural and cultural tourism potential. Even though Kuantan Singingi Regency has abundant natural tourism potential, there are no resorts that fully utilize this natural and cultural potential in the tourist experience. The development of a resort in Taluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency, is a strategic and urgent step. This district has great potential to become an attractive tourism destination, and resort development will provide significant benefits in several aspects. First, the development of this resort will contribute to increasing the tourism sector in this region. Second, the construction of this resort will maintain and promote the local culture of Kuantan Singingi. Third, the use of bamboo as the main material in the resort reflects a commitment to environmental sustainability. Bamboo is an environmentally friendly material and can be renewed quickly. In the context of bamboo resort design, this approach will allow visitors to feel an emotional connection with the surrounding environment, enhancing their stay experience. The combination of using bamboo as the main material and integrating natural elements, such as rice fields, rivers and the use of natural light, will create a calming atmosphere and have a positive impact on residents.
