The growth of waste from industrial activities and fast fashion in Indonesia has brought textile waste to the forefront of attention in recent times. The growth of the industry itself increased by 21.3% from the previous year, of which 3.90% was the garment or textile industry with the dominance of the increase in numbers being in the West Java area, namely 1,340 factories. The waste produced is not treated according to standards and is discharged directly into the environment. In 2020, as much as 33 million tons of textile production, 1 million tons became wasted waste, this number is increasing from year to year. The increase in textile waste is still a common task due to the absence of massive action from the government and society. One of the efforts to significantly reduce solid textile waste is to process waste into basic materials for household furniture, but this has its own challenges because most industries in Bandung still do not operate according to standards both in terms of activities and buildings. Therefore, an industrial area with building facilities that meet the needs of textile waste processing activities is needed. Using qualitative methods in the form of case studies and combined strategies, the design has references and references to case studies of similar design functions and themes. The development of industrial estates is also based on the standardization of buildings and activities regulated by the government while applying the principle of eco industrial park. Through the development of industrial estates with textile waste processing functions based on eco industrial parks, it is hoped that it can help reduce textile waste in accordance with existing standards so as to minimize damage to the environment. And the industrial area developed can be an initiative in industrial management in Bandung.
