Oyster mushrooms are a food ingredient that is in demand by the community because they have high nutritional content, have excellent health benefits and do not use synthetic chemical fertilizers in the production process. This study aims to analyze the profits and efficiency of Henci Oyster Mushroom Business. The research method used is a case study method on the oyster mushroom business to obtain information by conducting direct observation and interviews. This research was conducted on Henci Oyster Mushroom Business in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The research was carried out from November 2023 to April 2024. The data analysis used is cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis, and business efficiency analysis. The result of this study is that the profit of Henci Oyster Mushroom Business in one production period (December 2023-March 2024) is Rp. 19,279,680. The Return Cost Ratio of Henci Oyster Mushroom Business in one production period (December 2023-March 2024) is 1.63. The Return Cost Ratio value of Henci Oyster Mushroom Business >1, shows that Henci Oyster Mushroom Business is efficient.
