Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perekrutan Karyawan Pt. Edco Persada Energi Dengan Metode Ahp Dan Topsis
In an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, PT. Edco Persada Energi, a mining company in Indonesia has innovated from conventional selection methods to the use of a Decision Support System (DSS). This DSS is designed to facilitate the selection of the most suica employee candidates according to the company’s predetermined criteria. This study proposes the development of the system using a hybrid approach that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for criteria weighting and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for candidate ranking. This study identifies five main criteria for employee selection: health, education, age, work experience, and competency. Based on the AHP method, the work experience criterion received the highest weight of 0.3639, with a consistency ratio value of -0.6234, indicating that the criteria weighting process is consistent. Through the TOPSIS method, the best alternative was achieved with a value of 0.8014 from 67 alternative data in 2023. System evaluation using black box testing techniques confirmed that the system operates in accordance with planning. Meanwhile, User Acceptance Testing revealed that the Efficiency aspect of the system received the highest rating with a score of 79%, and its Flexibility scored the lowest at 70%. Based on these evaluation results, the Decision Support System at PT. Edco Persada Energi has the potential for use.
