Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Framework Wetherbe Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan

Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan is the only hospital that handles Class A mental health services in the Riau Province. Information systems play a significant role in enhancing the quality and credibility of services provided by Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan in this rapidly evolving digital era. Currently, Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan utilizes a Hospital Information System (SIMRS) named Laksamana for its operational activities, established by its own SIMRS installation department. However, due to its recent development, the SIMRS is still not fully optimized and has many shortcomings in supporting the operational activities of Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan. Given these issues, strategic information system planning using the Wetherbe method is necessary to optimize the quality of SIMRS, improve service quality, and enhance efficiency at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan. The outcome of this research includes recommendations for a portfolio of applications and future information technology development strategies, as well as recommendations for the timing of plan implementation according to the priority of required information systems.
