Manajemen Risiko Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Framework Iso 31000:2018 (Studi Kasus : Puskesmas Batu Panjang Kecamatan Rupat)

Information systems are an important asset for the Batu Panjang Community Health Center, Rupat District, but there are vulnerabilities to several risks that can disrupt operational continuity. This research aims to reduce or minimize the risks that are likely to arise or occur by using framework ISO 31000:2018. Risk management is a process of identifying, measuring risks, and forming strategies to manage them using available resources. In this research, several stages were carried out, namely identifying risks, risk assessment and risk management. In this study, the results of risk identification showed that there were 21 possible risks in which level low there are 13 risks, then 7 possible risks on level medium and 1 risk is on level high. The results of these risk management recommendations can be used as a reference that can reduce vulnerabilities and the impact of risks that may occur in the KIA E-cohort Information System.
