Identifikasi Risiko Keterlambatan Konstruksi Pada Gedung Pascasarjana Universitas Riau Berdasarkan Metode Relative Importance Index
ABSTRACT
The Physical Development Work Project CWR-03 AKSI ADB UNRI Postgraduate building at the end of the project in September 2023 has progress amounting to 67.0759% should be planned at 95.5614% so that there is a deviation of 28.4855%, so it’s necessary to identify the risk of delay. The aim is to identify the risk of delays using the method Relative Importance Index, as well as determining work that is included in the critical path using Critical Path Method. Of the 58 delay risk identification items distributed to 9 respondents/experts, 9 delay risk identification items were obtained which had been validated using item-content validity index (I-CVI). Identify the risks of delay, namely: mismatch between the schedule and resources that have been determined, designs from planners that are incomplete or not detailed, errors and frequent design changes due to real conditions at the construction project site, design drawings that are not in sync between structural and architectural drawings. and MEP, incompleteidentification ofthe typeof work, delays in responding to problems, subcontractor performance less than optimal, delays in ordering and delivery, and bad weather. The RII method is to identify risks that influence project delays. The three highest rankings are design drawings that aren’t in sync between structural, architectural and MEP drawings (0.89), delays in ordering and delivery(0.80), and delays in responding to problems (0.76). The work included in the critical path at the Riau University Postgraduate Building is preparatory work, and structural work.
