Kriteria Kerusakan Pantai Dalam Rangka Penentuan Prioritas Pengamanan Pesisir Pantai Marina Di Kota Dumai
This research aims to analyze the criteria for coastal damage in the city of Dumai and to assess the state of coastal damage that prioritizes intervention. The research location is in the coastal area Marina Beach of Dumai City, Riau Province, Indonesia. This area was chosen due to its proximity to community activities. Data analysis utilized the determination of priority levels through the accumulation of assessment weights adjusted to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Public Works No. 08/SE/M/2010. The results of this study found that the dominant level of damage at Marina Beach in Dumai City is a weight of 312.5 A (very high priority) for mangrove forest damage parameters (L6) in section 1. For erosion/abrasion damage, protective structures and levels (EA2) in both sections 1 and 2 have a priority of E (not prioritized). Sedimentation damage at river estuaries also has a priority of E (not prioritized). The scale of intervention importance in the Medang Kampai District is highest in section 1, with a coefficient of 1.25, where residential areas, agricultural and plantation areas, and coastal areas for nature tourism development are located. The priority for addressing coastal area damage at Marina Beach in Dumai City is: Priority A (very high priority) in Section 1 for coastal environment based on mangrove forest damage parameters (L6). It is important to involve local stakeholders, including the local community, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations in the planning and implementation of coastal management.
