Time Schedule is the allocation of time available to carry out each job in order to
complete a project to achieve optimal results by considering the existing limitations,
while planning is a step in project management that tries to lay the foundation of
goals and objectives while preparing all the technical and administrative programs
so that it can be implemented. The problem presented in writing this final project is
to calculate the duration of the time and scheduling of the planning of a two- storey
shophouse building project and the goal of planning the duration of time and
scheduling in the construction of a two- storey shophouse. The method of research
used is quantitative research by using Microsoft Excel. The data obtained from the
literature study of the final project Planning and Calculation of the Budget Plan for
the Construction of a Two- Storey Shophouse in the Village of Pintu Gobang Kari
Kuantan Singingi Regency is by Al Razak with the required data is: Cost Budget
Plan and Work Drawings. Based on the calculations of volume, total price of work,
coefficients, labor, duration of implementation time, and work weights, the results
in the calculation of time duration and and project scheduling on the Construction
of a 2-storey Building for the Village of Pintu Gobang Kari, Kuantan Tengah
District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is for 168 days (24 weeks).
