PERENCANAAN TIME SCHEDULE GEDUNG 2 LANTAI UNTUK DEALER SEPEDA MOTOR DI JALAN RATU SIMA KOTA DUMAI.

Project management is an effort to use limited resources efficiently, effectively and
on time in completing scheduled and planned projects. One of them can be applied
in the time schedule planning project for a 2-story building for a motorbike dealer
on Jalan Ratu Sima, Dumai City. With a building area of 480 m2, to prevent delays
in work, project scheduling is required to determine the weight of the work and the
duration of the work. From the results of planning the time schedule for a 2-story
building for a motorbike dealer on Jalan Ratu Sima, Dumai City, it was obtained
that the total working days were 202 days using the bar chart and S-curve method.
Working days could be shortened to 107 days. It can be concluded that the time
schedule planning project for a 2-story building for a motorbike dealer on Jalan
Ratu Sima, Dumai City is experiencing acceleration.
