Improving the quality of education in Indonesia is a crucial aspect of national development, where teacher quality plays a vital role. Teachers at SMPN 5 Teluk Kuantan, as part of the national education system, have an important role in shaping a quality young generation. Therefore, an effective mechanism is needed to evaluate their performance. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is a technique in expert systems that can address uncertainty and complexity in decision-making, allowing the use of linguistic variables and fuzzy sets to measure teacher performance. This study successfully applied the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to evaluate teacher performance at SMPN 5 Teluk Kuantan, using various criteria such as pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects.
