Perubahan Nilai Pop-Q Titik Ba Pascaoperasi Pada Kasus Sistokel Seksual Aktif
This study aims to analyze the changes in point Ba (a point in the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification, or POP-Q, measurement system) in patients with cystocele undergoing anterior colporrhaphy. Cystocele is a prolapse of the anterior vaginal wall involving bladder herniation. Anterior colporrhaphy is performed to correct this anatomical abnormality, particularly for patients wishing to maintain sexual function. However, the postoperative recurrence rate for cystocele is relatively high, with around 40% of cases experiencing recurrence within two years. In this study, 28 subjects met the inclusion criteria, and measurements were conducted using a pretest-posttest design to assess changes in Ba value before surgery as well as on the third and twenty-eighth days after surgery. The results showed a significant difference in Ba values before and after surgery (on the third and twenty-eighth days) with p < 0.001; however, there was no significant difference between the third and twenty-eighth days postoperatively (p > 0.02). Of the 28 patients (26%) monitored until the twenty-eighth day, 8 experienced prolapse recurrence. This study demonstrates that anterior colporrhaphy can significantly improve Ba values in patients with cystocele, although indications of recurrence were observed in some patients.
