Gambaran Identifikasi Faktor- Faktor Risiko Jejunoileal Atresia (JIA) Pada Pasien Neonatus di RSUD Arifin Achmad Periode 2019-2023
Jejunoileal Atresia (JIA) is a congenital disorder that involves obstruction in the jejunum and ileum of the neonatal small intestine, requiring immediate treatment. The prevalence of JIA worldwide ranges from 1 in 5,000 to 1 in 14,000 live births. JIA can be caused by several risk factors, such as low birth weight (LBW), prematurity, male gender, genetic factors, maternal infections during pregnancy, and family history. This study was a descriptive research using a cross-sectional design and aimed to identify the risk factors of Jejunoileal Atresia (JIA) in neonate patients at Arifin Achmad Regional Public Hospital from 2019 to 2023. Data were obtained from medical records using a total sampling technique, and 14 samples meeting the inclusion criteria were selected. The results showed that the risk factor of LBW was 57.1%, prematurity was 57.1%, and the majority of the patients were male, accounting for 64.3%. There were 57.1% of patients whose mothers had a history of infection during pregnancy, and no patients had a family history of JIA.
