Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Tenaga Kesehatan Teladan Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar Menggunakan Metode Ahp Dan Topsis

To improve the performance of healthcare workers in community health centers, the Health Department of Tanah Datar Regency conducts a selection process for exemplary healthcare personnel. However, this selection process is still manual, particularly in the final scoring calculation, which is inefficient and time- consuming. Therefore, this study aims to develop a decision support system to streamline the assessment process, making it more time-efficient. The system employs the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for criteria weighting and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for alternative ranking. Four main criteria are identified in this study: academic performance, interview score, paper evaluation, and field assessment. The data used is 86 alternative data consisting of 23 midwife category data, 23 medical staff category data, 19 nutrition staff category data, and 21 public health staff category data. The AHP-based weighting results indicate that academic performance holds the highest weight at 0.49, with a consistency ratio (CR) of - 0.52, reflecting consistent weighting. Through the TOPSIS method, the best alternative for the midwife category obtained a value of 0.782, the medical staff category 0.835, the nutrition staff category 0.853, and the public health staff category 0.904. Black Box testing confirms that all system features function correctly. At the same time, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) shows the efficiency aspect achieving the highest score of 88% and the system’s interface aspect obtaining the lowest score of 83%. Future study will focus on enhancing the user interface to improve the overall user experience.
