Analisis Keselamatan Kerja Pada Pt Bara Prima Menggunakan Algoritma Fp-Growth Untuk Mengidentifikasi Pola Potensi Bahaya

PT Bara Prima Pratama is a mining company, specifically in coal mining, that plays an important role in the national economy through exports, job creation, and contributions to both central and regional budgets. However, mining activities carry high risks to occupational safety, especially in field operations. This study aims to analyze workplace accidents at PT Bara Prima Pratama using data mining techniques with the Fp-Growth algorithm to identify potential hazard patterns through association rule mining. Data collection methods include literature reviews and Interviews with relevant company personnel. The results of the study reveal several strong relationships between risk faktors and workplace accidents. For instance, the "Crushed" incident is always followed by "Falling debris," with 100% confidence, indicating a strong connection between these two events. Additionally, the relationship between "Dehydration" and "Hot weather" shows 100% confidence, indicating that hot weather is always the primary cause of dehydration. This analysis provides valuable insights into the faktors contributing to workplace safety incidents at the company, which can be used to strengthen risk mitigation and accident prevention measures. The study also emphasizes the importance of implementing better occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in the mining environment to minimize workplace accident risks.
