Optimalisasi Risiko Keamanan Sistem Informasi Melalui Implementasi Iso/Iec 27002:2022 Pada Rumah Sakit Sri Pamela Tebing Tinggi

Sri Pamela Tebing Tinggi Hospital provides health services involving specialist doctors, nurses, and other health workers by adopting SI/TI to support its business process. This research aims to evaluate the contribution of information system implementation in improving the quality of health services to achieve more optimal service goals. The methodology refers to the ISO 27002:2022 standard for evaluating information system security, especially in technology control, in clause 8. The results show that the maturity level for the clause reaches an average of 3.11, which is classified as "well defined," indicating that technology control has been implemented well, but based on the gap analysis that has been carried out shows that there is a need for improvement in several areas that must be carried out through automation systems and security policy audits periodically. The recommendation for the problem is to strengthen access management with the principle of "least privilege" and the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
