Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Padang Lawas Menggunakan Arsitektur Enterprise

The Padang Lawas Regency Inspectorate relies heavily on the capability of information systems to operate efficiently and effectively in the era of information globalization. This reliance presents significant risks, as the failure of information systems could lead to the organization's inability to meet both internal and external demands. However, the current information systems utilized by the Padang Lawas Regency Inspectorate are considered insufficient in optimally supporting the organization's needs in supervision and audit processes. To achieve more optimal support, these information systems must be developed in alignment with the established strategic plan. This study employs enterprise architecture methods by applying the conceptual framework of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) as a system development approach. The research results include recommendations for data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture, proposed as guidelines for further development of information systems within the Padang Lawas Regency Inspectorate. In addition, the study proposes the design of an Audit Report Information System (LHP), an Audit Priority Determination System, and an Investigative Audit System to enhance business process efficiency.
