Profil Tatalaksana Sklerosis Lipogranuloma Pada Penis Menggunakan Cecil Procedure Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2018 – 2023
Sclerosis Lipogranuloma, also known as penile paraffinoma, is a skin reaction that occurs after the injection of paraffin or mineral oil into the penis, which is done to enlarge the size of the penis. In this study, a minor procedure was used, is a medical technique that involves implanting the penis into the scrotum to provide skin coverage and vascularization for the penile shaft. The advantages of this technique are elasticity, mobility, rich vascularization, and similarity to the penile skin in terms of color, touch sensation, and sexual sensitivity. This research is a retrospective descriptive study conducted during the period from January 2018 to December 2023. The samples taken were in the form of secondary data, specifically medical records of patients with penile Sclerosis Lipogranuloma who were treated with the small procedure technique at RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau Province. The sampling method used in this study was total sampling, resulting in a total of 13 medical record data. The results of the study on patients with lipogranuloma penis sclerosis treated with the Cecile procedure showed that the majority were in the age group of 36-45 years, with 5 individuals (38.5%), classified with suprapubic involvement, 6 individuals (46.2%), and patients without a previous surgical history,8 individuals (61.5%).
