Analisis Fungsi Hash Pada Teknologi Blockchain
Blockchain is a technology that offers security and transparency through distributed ledger systems and cryptographic methods. This study aims to analyze the role of hash functions, particularly the SHA-256 algorithm, in maintaining data integrity and security within blockchain systems. The hash function is used to encrypt transaction data, generating unique and tamper-proof hashes. This research involved developing a simple blockchain program using the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The program simulates hashing functions, transaction validation, and block mining processes. Performance evaluation indicates that SHA-256 hashing processes data efficiently, while security evaluation demonstrates that blockchain synchronization mechanisms effectively maintain data consistency across nodes. These findings emphasize that SHA-256 is a crucial component that enhances the resilience and reliability of blockchain as a decentralized system.
