Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Layanan Servis Laptop Menggunakan Metode Prototype Berbasis Android
Izdihaar Laptop is one of the laptop stores operating around Riau University. Izdihaar Laptop accepts the sale and purchase of laptops, as well as providing laptop repair services for various damages. The service at Izdihaar Laptop is currently done manually. Regarding service progress, customers have difficulty obtaining information about the progress of their service, and because the service transaction receipts in this store still use paper that is prone to damage and loss. Additionally, in service bookkeeping, the store must record each service transaction individually every month, not to mention the concern if any receipts are lost, which can lead to errors in service bookkeeping. From the aforementioned issues, an application is needed to resolve these problems. With this application, it is expected that service progress can be monitored in real-time, allowing customers to directly track their service progress. Additionally, by using this application, it is hoped that paper usage can be reduced and service records can be stored securely and managed quickly. The development method used in this research employs the prototype method. The testing of this research uses ISO 25010, which is expected to ensure the application runs well.
