Evaluasi Biaya Dan Waktu Menggunakan Metode Earned Value Pada Proyek Gedung Food Science Center Universitas Riau
In general, the greater the level of complexity of a project, the more diverse the problems faced. This is influenced by the relationship of many factors during the project implementation period. To increase effectiveness in project supervision and control, the Earned Value Method is used, this method describes the time, cost and progress of work in accordance with the ongoing project conditions. The purpose of the research is to calculate the cost and time performance index of the project implementation and calculate the estimated cost and time required to complete the entire project. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method using data on the duration of work that has been carried out for 67 weeks (469 days) on the Food Science Center Building project. For 67 weeks, the obtained CPI>1 value means that the actual costs incurred for work are less than the planned budget, while the obtained SPI>1 value means that the project implementation time has accelerated from the planned schedule. Estimate to Completion (ETC) is Rp1,670,868,490 then Estimate At Completion (EAC) is Rp34,057,330,036 this indicates that the costs incurred are less than the total cost of the budget plan of Rp38,726,446,206. Estimate to Schedule (ETS) is 45 days, Estimate At Schedule (EAC) is 514 days from the schedule that has been implemented. This shows that the project implementation completion time is faster than the planned time of 531 days of the implementation schedule.
