Struktur Komunitas Mangrove Di Desa Buruk Bakul Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted in March-June 2024, in the mangrove ecosystem area in Buruk Bakul Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this research was to analyze the mangrove community structure and the zonation patterns of the mangrove ecosystem at Batang Masang Beach. The research employed a survey method, and the study location was divided into three stations where Station 1 was a mangrove forest located on the river in Buruk Bakul Village, Station 2 was a mangrove forest adjacent to residential areas and Station 3 was a mangrove forest located far from residential areas. The research results show that the measurement of water quality parameters in Buruk Bakul Village has salinity values ranging from 19-22%, pH ranging from 5.4-5.6 and temperature between 29-30oC. There are 7 types of mangroves found in the mangrove forest area of Bad Bakul village, namely the species X. granatum, R. mucronata, A. marina, S. casseolaris, N. fruticans, R. apiculata and S. alba. Based on the calculation of the average Important Value Index, it is known that the highest INP value is R. apiculata with a percentage of 249.295% and the lowest INP value is S.alba 178.588%.
