ABSTRACT
Travel Booking System is designed to solve the problems faced in the travel booking transaction process. This system is designed to provide real-time departure schedule information, facilitate access and booking process, facilitate data recapitulation, and minimize errors in recording passenger data, which were previously a major challenge in travel booking operations at BMP Group Travel. This study uses the Research & Development method because this method is suitable for developing a system like this. Meanwhile, the development of this system uses the scrum method which allows the division of work on system features into small sprints for efficiency of the development process. The Laravel Framework is used as the main technology for implementing this system. The results of the travel booking system test were successfully carried out using the ISO 25010 standard, namely functional suitability with a value of 1, good performance efficiency with grade A, portability that successfully runs the system on frequently used browsers, compatibility that can open the system simultaneously with other applications using splitscreen mode, reliability that is quite good and quite reliable, and usability that uses CSUQ with a percentage of 85% which is divided into 4 aspects, namely system usefulness of 85.23%
