Respon Pengunjung Terhadap Fasilitas Objek Wisata Pantai Lumban Bul-Bul Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba Provinsi Sumatera Utara
This research aims to determine visitor responses to the Lumban Bul-Bul Beach tourist attraction facilities, Balige District, Toga Regency, North Sumatra Province and also to determine the internal and external factors that influence visitor responses to the Lumban Bul-Bul Beach tourist attraction facilities, Balige District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is quantitative research and descriptive data analysis. This research examined 100 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the majority of visitors assess the parking area facilities as adequate, safe and comfortable, with a satisfaction level of 75% giving a positive response. For public toilets, the majority of visitors felt that the toilet facilities were clean and adequate, although 16% of respondents gave a negative assessment. Apart from that, the play area facilities received a positive response from 84% of respondents, with high ratings for safety, large area and pleasant atmosphere. The majority of respondents (58.7%) were satisfied with the variety of menus and the comfort of the dining place. The majority of visitors (61.75%) gave positive responses, however the quality and variety of products offered still need to be improved to make them more attractive to tourists. Internal factors such as age, gender and level of education influence the assessment of facilities. External factors such as condition of facilities, ease of access, and atmosphere of the location also play a role in shaping visitor responses. Overall, Lumban Bul-Bul Beach has provided a satisfactory tourist experience for most visitors, but there are still aspects that require attention to further increase the comfort and attractiveness of the destination.
