Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Keragaman Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Jaya Mart Kabupaten Pelalawan
The purpose of this study was to find out more about Jaya Mart Pelalawan Regency customer satisfaction related to service quality and product diversity. Service quality and product diversity are independent variables while customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. The problems that occur at Jaya Mart are the decline in the number of consumers from the previous year, the non-achievement of the realization target, and the emergence of several similar competitors who both provide wholesale and retail services which are a threat to Jaya Mart itself. The sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula which obtained 99 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distributed using the incidental sampling technique which was then processed for further research with the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product diversity partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality and product diversity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
