The type of quantitative research used is descriptive quantitative to facilitate the results of the study aimed at the recipient community of the Indonesian Healthy Card (KIS) who use services at the Bangko Jaya Health Center to see the public's perception of the quality of health services and factors that influence perception. The population in this study amounted to 353 participants of the Indonesian Healthy Card from workers. Sampling was carried out using the simple random sampling method, namely 78 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive by finding the mean and conducting cross tabulation. The results of the study showed that the perception of the Indonesian Healthy Card recipient community regarding health services at the Bangko Jaya Health Center was in the strong category because in each indicator the perception score was in the interval range of 552-708 which can be said to be in the strong category.
