Information systems and technology are tools for companies to make work easier. However, the use of information systems and technology poses risks from internal and external aspects that can disrupt company goals if they are not used competently and according to guidelines. One of them is that the implementation of the MySSC system often creates problems that pose risks, which can hamper the performance of company employees, such as slow network connections, human errors, system errors and delays in updating ticket data. Therefore, the target of this research is to obtain analysis results regarding information system risk management in the MySSC system using NIST 800-30 Revision 1. The research was carried out in 5 (five) stages, namely data collection, preparing the assessment, risk assessment process, communicating the assessment results, and risk mitigation recommendations. The results of this research are documentation of risk treatment for 12 (twelve) identified risks, namely 3 (three) high level risks,
4 (four) moderate level risks, 5 (five) low level risks. By implementing risk treatment recommendations, you can minimize and manage risks in MySSC system. PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Field Lirik.
