Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode Anita Cassidy Pada Bbpom Pekanbaru
In this digitalization era, strategic planning of information systems is an important requirement for organizations, one of which is the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) which is a state institution responsible for overseeing the circulation of food, drugs, and cosmetics in Indonesia so that in carrying out its duties BPOM has technical implementation units spread throughout all regions in Indonesia, one of which is the Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BBPOM) Pekanbaru. The application of the Anita Cassidy Method is one way to determine the Information System or Information Technology (IS/TI) required by the organization. This method consists of 4 (four) stages in the form of visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendation that is integrated with SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, PESTEL, Porter's Five Force, and MoSCoW to amplify the results of strategic planning. The results obtained from the research at BBPOM Pekanbaru are in the form of 6 (six) application strategy recommendations divided into 2 (two) application renewal suggestions and 4 (four) suggestions to be added.
