Identifikasi Risiko Keterlambatan Pekerjaan Pada Proyek Pembangunan Konstruksi Gedung Dengan Metode Importance Index (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Perkuliahan Health Studies Complex Universitas Riau)
ABSTRACT
The CWR-01 AKSI ADB UNRI Physical Construction Project, specifically the Health Studies Complex Lecture Building, recorded a progress of 70,381% by the end of October 2023. However, according to the initial plan, the project should have reached 100%, resulting in a deviation of 29,618%. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the risks associated with the delay. This study aims to identify the risk factors contributing to project delays based on a literature review, validate these risk factors using the Item-Content Validity Index (I-CVI), and analyze the validated risk factors using the Importance Index (IMPI) method. IMPI is a risk assessment method that considers both the frequency index and severity index. The assessment is conducted by experts, including the project owner, contractor, and supervisor. Out of the 56 identified risk factors, which were distributed to 8 respondents/experts, 12 factors were validated using the I-CVI test. Furthermore, among these 12 validated factors, 1 was classified as a significant risk, 4 as moderate risks, and 7 as low risks. The top three risk factors with the highest rankings are (1) the complexity of the permitting process during project implementation, (2) the high number of additional work tasks, and (3) frequent design errors and changes due to actual site conditions.
