Pengaruh Keunggulan Bersaing Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Pada Coffee Shop Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of coffee shops in Pekanbaru has intensified competition within the
industry, subsequently influencing the operational performance of these
establishments. This research seeks to examine the extent to which competitive
advantage impacts the operational performance of coffee shops in Pekanbaru. The
study involved 92 coffee shop owners as the research population, using a saturated
sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
with the SmartPLS 4 software, employing a second-order confirmatory factor analysis
model with a Repeated Measure Indicator approach. The hypothesis testing results
indicated that competitive advantage has a significant and positive influence on
operational performance. Moreover, the dimensions of innovation, store atmosphere,
business network, know-how, and product quality were found to significantly and
positively affect competitive advantage. Similarly, financial performance, sales
performance, customer satisfaction, and internal processes demonstrated significant
and positive impacts on operational performance.
