Pengaruh Green Finance, Kinerja Keuangan Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020 – 2023

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of green finance, financial performance and
size firm on firm value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the
period 2020–2023. The population in this study consists of 47 companies. The
sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a method of selecting
samples based on specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 36 companies with four
years of observation, yielding 144 data points. Due to the presence of extreme data,
outlier treatment was conducted by removing 15 data points, resulting in a final
dataset of 129 observations. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from
annual reports, financial statements, and sustainability reports of the companies.
The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with
SPSS version 27 software. The results of this study indicate that green finance has
a significant positive effect on firm value. Financial performance, as proxied by
return on assets (ROA), also has a significant positive effect on firm value, which
is proxied by price to book value (PBV). Firm size does not have a significant effect
on firm value. Green finance, financial performance (ROA), and firm size
simultaneously have a positive effect on firm value (PBV).
