Analisis Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Tahu Sikim Di Desa Sejangat Kecamatan Bukit
ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the processing and added value of Tahu Sikim. The research
uses primary data obtained directly from the research subjects through in-depth
interviews with business actors. The factors analyzed include the processing of
Tahu Sikim and its added value. The analytical method employed is the Hayami
Method. The results show that the production process of Tahu Sikim begins with
soaking, grinding, cooking, draining, and molding, followed by cutting the tofu,
and the final stage is packaging and tying. Overall, the Tahu Sikim business requires
a total of nine hours and forty minutes. The added value generated in the Tahu
Sikim agroindustry amounts to IDR 13.936,00 per kilogram of soybeans, equivalent
to 50,61% of the output value. The efficiency value of the Tahu Sikim agroindustry
is 1.3.
