Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Industri Kecil Konveksi Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the production of small shoe and garment industries in Pekanbaru by using OLS method. The analysis showed that small industries in pekanbaru good for small industries and small industrial convection shoes have a relatively large role in promoting economic development in the city of Pekanbaru in terms of job creation and contribute to the GDP formation of Pekanbaru. Development of small industries convection is still better.
Based on the average growth rate per year for the development of small industries of shoes and convection and the average growth rate per year for the ability to absorb labor in the city of Pekanbaru. The study shows that venture capital, business experience positive and significant impact on industrial production increased convection smaller. While trying experience positive but not significant effect on small industrial production increased convection. Venture capital is very dominant factor affecting industrial production increased convection smaller. From the other side of venture capital and business experience and a significant positive effect on industrial production increased convection smaller. While labor and working hours significant negative effect on industrial production increased convection smaller. Remainder of production the previous year and a significant negative effect on small industrial production convection.
