Hubungan Pemberian Motivasi Dengan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Karyawan Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru)
This study raises the issue of the relationship with motivation on employee performance in Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. The companies need to motivate employee performance can be increased, therefore the management company should provide different forms of motivation to pay attention to needs of employees. This study refers to the ERG theory of Clayton Alderver (1972) which says that there are three human needs, namely exsistence, relatedness and growth. Population in this study was a hotel employee Resty Menara Pekanbaru, while the data collection is used questionnaires and interviews. Measurement technique using a likert scale with answers that were given a score of 1-5, while the tools of statistical tests in this study is the correlation coefficient and t test. From the results of the deliberations of the motivation gifts in view of the needs existence, relatedness and growth undertaken Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru be effective and can be good categorized. overall employee has been carrying out duties in accordance with operational standards prosedure that have been set by Resty Menara Hotel.
